Moraad’s Important Decision

The show “Moraad’s Important Decision” was my master’s practical thesis. The original text was written by Dr. Yadolleh Agha Abbasi, which was changed and rewritten by Mrs. Narges Asghari. At first, we practiced on the plateaus of the cinema and theater faculty. Then it was decided to be produced and supported in the section of the best student theses in the theater center of the Center for Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents and put on the stage. But the experts there did not like it. It was a teenage show, Iranian and full of banging. What was left to do? It was scheduled to be performed very quickly in the Niavaran culture hall. I checked there. The dimensions and specifications of the stage were not enough for the number of actors and music group. Inevitably, I took it to a public performance in Golestan Cultural Center and Fadak Culture House. I passed the thesis with a grade of 18.5 out of 20. The audience welcomed and the show sold well.

Actually, because the rabbit puppets were of poor quality, I bought two live rabbits and every night we brought them to the stage in the performance, and the children in the audience shouted with delight: Oh, rabbits…

I was the director, stage designer and actor in this show.
